Pet Friendly:                  Pets must be on a flea-prevention regimen.  
Pet Fee:                        $25/pet per week 
Minimum stay:               3 nights during April - November
Deposit:                         50% of entire rental fee
Check in:                        3 p.m. (or as pre-arranged with managment) 
Check out:                     11 a.m.
Cleaning Fee:                $100 to $150 depending on size of unit 
Photo identification is required.
